Theatre, music, concerts, and live performances — the Performing Arts program at ³ÉÈËÍ·Ìõ (The River) enriches our students and enhances the cultural life of the Treasure Coast community.
Arts and cultural programs at ³ÉÈËÍ·Ìõ aren’t just for students. Our performances are open to the public, and we invite you to experience live theatre, musical performances, and special events at the McAlpin Fine Arts Center in Fort Pierce.
A Message to Our Patrons
We will be announcing the 47th Season soon!
We are not yet able to announce what our upcoming season will look like — but we do want to share with you an important change moving forward: with the discontinuation of the Performing Arts tracks in the College’s Associate of Arts Degree Program, the McAlpin Performing Arts Series will no longer feature student performers.
The McAlpin Fine Arts Center: A new chapter.
Our beloved McAlpin Fine Arts Center isn’t closing — it’s evolving. We are excited to deepen our partnerships with Treasure Coast community arts organizations through co-productions, expand opportunities for external Arts events, and continue hosting College programming that brings our community together. We believe this model will allow the McAlpin Fine Arts Center to serve as an even more dynamic and collaborative community venue, reflecting the rich artistic talent that makes this region special.
We look forward to continuing to bring affordable, high-quality, and culturally enriching programming to the Treasure Coast, and we are grateful for the community’s ongoing support of the Arts and of this College.
